Here's how the Buddy Program works:

1. Use the form below by entering your buddy's name and email address.
2. Upon submission, your buddy(s) will receive an e-mail inviting them to the BingoFest site.
3. When your buddy(s) open an account (using the same e-mail address) and make their first Deposit, we will add $10 to your Account, provided that they enter your BingoFest Alias when opening their account.

Rules and Regulations

1. If your referral neglects to enter your Player Alias, you and your friend will NOT receive credit for the referral.
2. Any Bingo BuddyTM prospect (referral) that has previously registered an account is not eligible for this promotion.
3. We have the right, at any time, to terminate a member's participation in the program or withhold any remuneration owed to that member if it is deemed that they have, in any way, misused or manipulated the above stated program. Any chargeback from the buddy referral deposit will result in you losing the bonus dollars.
4. We reserve the right to amend or change the terms of the Bingo BuddiesTM agreement without advance notice. In such an event, all existing referrals will be honored to the end of their term. Modifications, will only be applied to new referrals after such changes are announced.

IMPORTANT: Anti-Spam Provision - Using misleading and/or unsolicited e-mails, messages, newsgroup or chat postings, and other such techniques collectively known as "spam" is strictly prohibited under this Agreement. Any instance of spam will result in immediate and irrevocable account termination and absolutely no payment.
