  1. Who is BingoFestTM?
BingoFest is operated, owned and licensed by The CB Corporation, a 100% subsidiary of The CB Corporation ltd, 16 New Street Worcestershire, UK. We have been involved in online bingo since 1996 and our web-based gaming experience is extensive. BingoFest incorporates the latest software technology to provide our players with the best internet gaming feeling available.
 
  2. What software technology does BingoFestTM use and what do I need to play?
BingoFestTM's games are newly developed utilizing the latest Macromedia Flash technology. To play, all you need is an Internet connection of 56K or better and the minimum Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or better.   3. Is bingo the only game I can play?
No way, BingoFestTM has a wide variety of popular games available to play including Video Poker and Slot Machines.
 
  4. What are my options for depositing money into my account?
For your convenience, BingoFestTM provides several different methods for you to choose from to fund your account including VISA/MasterCard payment options, Neteller and more.

  5. How secure is BingoFestTM?
BingoFestTM incorporates the latest 256-bit encryption technology designed to keep your personal and credit card information private and confidential. At no time will BingoFestTM make available any of the information you provide us to any third party without your expressed permission. BingoFestTM is also protected behind a secure firewall to ensure our games and your information is secure from hackers. Note that your credit card information is not stored in our database.
 
  6. How much does it cost to play at BingoFestTM?
BingoFestTM's bingo cards can be purchased for as little as $0.10 to $1.00 each (or as otherwise offered). Players can purchase as little as 1 (one) card to participate in a game. Players can purchase up to 120 cards to participate in a game. In average the amount of cards offered is between 30 cards and 48 cards.
 
  7. How much can I win at BingoFestTM?
The sky's the limit. There is no set limitation to how much you can win. Jackpots vary depending on which room you are playing in and how many cards have been purchased by you and other players. We also have many promotions every week. Some jackpots are guaranteed at $10,000! So we make someone $10,000 richer all the time!
 
  8. If I win, how do I get paid?
BingoFestTM processes requests every MONDAY and THURSDAY. You can request a payout for any amount you wish that does not exceed your available balance. Since the amount of your winnings is entered into your account immediately following a confirmed bingo, you can make a payout request whenever you wish. Your requests will subsequently be confirmed, approved, and processed and then sent to you by whichever method you select as quickly as possible

Any payouts that amount to more than $2,000 must be accompanied by a picture and quote from the player. All wins exceeding $5,000 must be accompanied by a picture, quotation and a valid photo identification. By accepting a 'cash-out' members agree that their pictures and quotes may be used for internal and external advertising purposes.  Furthermore, players may be required to provide a 20-30 second video testimonial and to sign a release and consent form.
 
  9. Is there a limit to how much I can play, deposit, or ?
Play as much or as little as you want for however long you want, BingoFestTM is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum amount for deposits is $20.00 and new players will be limited to $100.00 maximum per day. A higher daily deposit maximum can be requested through our support team. Payouts can be requested at any time for any amount not exceeding the available account balance.
 
 

10. Do I receive a Birthday Bonus at BingoFest?
Happy birthday! All active players* will receive 2000 loyalty points + 5000 bingo points on their birthday. Please email support@bingofest.com and you will be credited your birthday gift within minutes.

* The birthday present is only awarded to active funding players who have made a deposit within 30 days prior to their birthday. If you have not made a deposit within 30 days, you will receive your birthday present upon making your next deposit.

Management holds the right to ask players requesting Birthday present to provide a valid photo ID with Birth date clearly visible before awarding any points. In the case of attempted fraud BingoFest account will be disabled.

 
  11. Do I have the ability to view all of my account information such as transactions, wagers, deposits, and s?
Absolutely, when logged into your account (Lobby) you will have full access to your account information that will allow you to fully view and track specifics to all the activity that occurs in your account in a convenient and user-friendly manner.
 
  12. How can I be sure that the games are fair?
You can be confident that all of BingoFestTM's games have been audited by a third party to guarantee complete fairness to all of our players. Our software utilizes a true random number generator for all numbers created whether for bingo cards or calls making our games as fair as any other game of chance. In addition, our fairness has been in place since 1996! BingoFestTM has maintained a proper reputation for fairness over the years.
 
  13. What happens if I lose my Internet connection, or I am otherwise booted out of the game while playing?
Don't worry, connection issues are a reality of the Internet and this has been taken into consideration by BingoFestTM. If you leave a game in which you have purchased cards by your own actions or no fault of your own, your cards will continue to play as if you're still logged in! Most importantly, if your card(s) is a winner, you will still get your prize. You can check your activities in your account.
 
  14. If I have never really played bingo, should I play at BingoFestTM?
Definitely, BingoFestTM welcomes everyone and is open to all who wish to play, including beginners. The great thing about bingo is that, not only is it fun, but easy to learn. Our staff is available to help any new players who wish to get started. We also have a wonderful community of players who are always very helpful.
 
  15. What are other benefits of playing at BingoFestTM?
We offer a unique Loyalty program. For every dollar you deposit in your account via one of our funding options, you will receive points. Over time, you can redeem these points for cash or other prizes as made available.
 
  16. Can I make money if I refer another player to BingoFestTM?
Absolutely! We have the Buddy Program. You can manage your own home business and make extra income. For every player you refer to BingoFestTM that deposits funds into their account, you will receive either a fixed dollar amount (like $15) or a percentage of each deposit for 4 months or more, depending on the special. This is an easy way to make extra money.
 
  17. As a player, are there responsibilities I should know about?
Absolutely, these are detailed on our Rules & Regulations page, which all players are required to review and agree to prior to playing any of our games.
 
  18. What is the minimum age to play?
You should always check with your own local laws before playing on any online gaming site, however we do not allow anyone to play at BingoFestTM who is under the age of 18.

  21. My bingo game isn't performing smoothly, what can I do to experience better gameplay?
If you are running the game on a recommended Pentium III, 866 MHz PC with 256 MB RAM or better but still experience some minor performance problems, you can turn select 'Game Settings' and click off the checkmark for game 'Animations'.
 
 

22. What are some other things that I can do to improve performance?
There are several things that you can do that will help performance for both version of the game. They include:


Minimizing the number of bingo games you have open at any one time. The more rooms you have open, the more of your computer resources will be used, which can affect performance. Having multiple chat rooms open at any one time will also draw on more of your computer resources. The default number of displayed cards is 15. If you zoom out, some players may experience a chat lag when more cards are displayed. Zooming in to display only six cards may help alleviate PC resource usage. While zoomed in, you may view all your cards by clicking on the Next Page button. Close any other applications or programs that may be running on your computer to free up computer memory and resources. Close other browser windows that you may have open. This includes the BingoFestTM website. You can always open the website again by clicking on the 'Lobby' button on the bottom left-hand corner of the bingo game window.

  23. What do I do if I have a gambling problemTM?

Our service is the provision of online gaming entertainment and our aim is for our product to be enjoyable and fair, but also a responsible pastime.


Limits: Our commitment is to provide you with enjoyable and rewarding entertainment, but at the same time we want you to be in complete control of your play which you can now customize to your needs. We are therefore providing you with tools to limit your bets. Gaming is always better when it's enjoyed responsibly!

We have limits to the amount of funds that you can deposit daily, however, if you wish, to reduce your maximum daily or weekly deposit even further, let us know by emailing manager@bingofest.com. We will be happy to assist you in limiting the amount of money spent on a daily or a weekly basis as you desire.

Self Regulation: If you think that you are better off by having yourself self-excluded and blocked from playing with us altogether, we will follow your instructions, just request it at: manager@bingofest.com. You may ask to be temporarily self-excluded from the site for a period of three, six or twelve months. After your self-exclusion period expires you may contact us again ask for your account to be reactivated, or you may ask to extend the self-exclusion. We are here to help in anyway we can.

Age Requirement

We at BingoFest make every effort to prevent underage gaming. Our players MUST be at least 18 years of age. We utilize filters to ascertain the correctness of cards' owner's addresses and ages; we verify IDs with our several available methods of payments -both during deposits and withdrawals- however, no monitoring tool is 100% infallible.

24. Networked Rooms

Some rooms are part of a Network of friendly trusted bingo sites that have joined together to offer their players more exciting games with larger prizes.

All Network Bingo Sites will offer the same game schedule and play the same individual games pooling all player wagers together for one larger prize. The concept is simple and very rewarding. The more wagers there are for a given game, the larger the prize.

Currently, the Network of bingo sites include: CyberBingo.com, BingoSKY.com and BingoFest.com. 

How does Network Bingo Benefit me as a player?

Prizes are relevant to the number of players playing in a given room. When we share one game amongst more sites more cards are purchased and therefore the prizes are substantially higher. By playing Network Bingo you will win higher prizes! 

Why do some winners have the name of the site beside their names and some do not?

If an alias is common in more than one of the Network websites we will specify the website name in the winner's box. This is to avoid confusion amongst players who share identical aliases but on different Network sites.

If a player alias is unique within the Network sites only their alias will appear in the winner's box.

Questions about Network games:

How is playing a Network Bingo game different from a regular bingo game?

All Network games are played exactly as you would play a regular bingo game. Simply log in to the website, click on the room, select & purchase the cards and you.re ready to play along with all Network players.

Will Chat be unique to each site or also shared?

The Chat rooms will be unique to each website.

Networked Progressive Jackpots (PJs)

Some rooms share the same progressive jackpot allowing players to win the PJ more houre within the day (as only few rooms are open 24 hours). Please note when a room is closed the PJ amount does not update until the room re-opens. This means the PJ may be higher when the room re-opens as it would increase due to the wagers in other rooms sharing the same jackpot, or it may be lower if the jackpot was won in a room sharing the same Progressive Jackpot.

 

25. Is more than one account permitted in the same household?

If the below regulations are met, yes. If you have any uncertainties you may contact manager@bingofest.com to clarify our policy.

  • Each player can have only one account.
  • If you have your own player's account you cannot play with another family member's account.
  • If you have a joint account with your spouse then you are not permitted to have your own account; unless you choose to open your own account and no longer play with the joint account.
  • Players within the same household will have to deposit and request payouts to unique bank accounts or unique alternate payout options (Neteller, Cuadrin, eWalletXpress etc). Only members with joint bingo accounts can deposit or request to have a payout sent to the same bank account or alternate payout option. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
  • Management has the right to disable any and all accounts if the above regulations are not adhered to. Management also reserves the right to disallow more than one account in the same household. A deposit acceptance form accompanied by supporting documentation can be requested at will by management.

    I understand the information in this form about why The CB Corporation wants to use this information and what that information will be used for. I also agree to the fact that the information about me may be used in commercials and other promotional materials in the way described in this form.

    By signing his form, I acknowledge that I unconditionally release and discharge The CB Corporation from all liabilities, claims and actions that may arise from any act or omission (including any negligent act or omission or breach of any warranty implied by any legislation) of The CB Corporation. However, this shall not affect my statutory rights or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of The CB Corporation.
